Having is an emotion. I love to delight in the feeling of having, but this wasn’t always the case. I never even knew I could delight in having or in any emotion. I never knew I could feel on purpose.
Joy is something all my clients want to feel more of in at least one area of their life but few people I know actually create joy or know they can. It seems hard.
They don’t know where to start. They keep looking for joy to show up outside of them instead of creating it from within and one way to start is through what I call the Art of Having.
It’s a practice. It’s fun. And in this podcast, I will tell you how.
Having is a beautiful emotion. When you are having your vibration will soar, and when you focus on having more of what you want to have shows up.
