Are you getting better?

Are you getting better at creating the habits you want? Or are you practicing the habits you don’t?

Are you getting better at feeling your feelings or are you getting better at letting wine and chocolate take the edge off?

Are you getting better at telling the truth or are you getting better at people pleasing?

Are you getting better at feeling anxious and overwhelm or are you getting better at decisions?

Are you getting better at following through with your commitments or are you getting better at brushing yourself off?

Are you getting better at getting up early in the morning or are you getting better at snoozing the alarm?

Are you getting better at noticing your thoughts or better at believing they just happen to you?

Are you getting better at being compassionate with yourself or are you getting better at beating yourself up?

Are you getting better at loving yourself and others or are you getting better at judging?

Are you getting better at managing time or are you getting better at letting time manage you?

Are you getting better at self-pity or are you getting better at empowerment?

Are you getting better at trying to control others or are you getting better at taking control of your own happiness and your own results?

It’s worth noticing and the choice is yours.

Practicing what you want to create = having the life and health you want.

If you’re not practicing getting better at what you want you’ll just keep getting better at what you are practicing instead. Getting better at creating the habits you want takes practice. It’s time to change what you are doing.
